Shipping policy

DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS.

Our standard shipping processing times are 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is placed excluding sales, holidays, and product launches. However, most orders will ship in 1 to 3 business days). All orders placed during sales, holidays, and product launches; order may take up to 7 to 10 business days to process.  We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available.

IF YOUR PACKAGE is marked as DELIVERED and you have not yet received it, YOU SHOULD contact your local USPS post office. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day's delivery. IT IS NOT THE SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

We are not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Please contact your local post office or mail carrier for help. Once shipped, your package is out of our hands, we have no control. I hope you understand:)

I do not accept returns or exchanges because of the "personalized nature" of the product. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at jforney@jforney.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
